TeacherPro AI is an AI-powered platform designed to help teachers create lesson plans, homework, worksheets, assessments, and other teaching materials. The Service also provides AI-powered grading, feedback, and student management tools.
IMPORTANT: All content generated by TeacherPro AI is produced using artificial intelligence. AI systems can and do make mistakes. You must review, verify, and confirm all AI-generated output before using it in any educational setting.
TeacherPro AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. Teachers and users are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated materials to ensure they meet educational standards and are suitable for their students.
This includes but is not limited to: lesson plans, homework assignments, worksheets, grading feedback, scores, speaking tests, listening tests, reading practice materials, and any other generated content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Content you create using the Service belongs to you. However, you grant TeacherPro AI a non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Service. The TeacherPro AI platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of TeacherPro AI.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate for educational settings. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
TeacherPro AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
